breakfast

Each morning, breakfast can be enjoyed in your room, in the dining room, or outdoors when the weather permits. A wish list is provided each evening upon your return to your room, allowing us to offer a personalized first meal and start your day in the best possible way. The breakfast menu is based on the recipes of our friend and chef Victoria Nabi (Septime, Le Servan, Double Dragon).

evening snack

If you wish to stay at the Moulin in the evening, we can prepare a cheese and/or local charcuterie board for you. Just let us know at the beginning of the day. A selection of drinks is also available. Our wine list was curated by our friend Victor Morin, who has worked at Le Servan, Billili & Les Arlots in Paris, awarded as Best Bistro in Paris in 2024.

Partners

We take great pleasure in working with local partners to offer you the finest products.

Le Fournil B2, located 4 km from the Moulin, was created by our friend Antoine. He makes organic breads using local flours. All his breads are 100% naturally leavened, handmade in a wooden kneading trough, and then baked in his wood-fired oven.
Our friend Marine offers an excellent selection of local and gourmet cheeses. Eco-conscious and a true food lover, her shop offers a wide variety, ensuring delightful surprises at every breakfast.
Flore Norman, based in Normandy, offers tea and infusion recipes made with Norman products, including blends featuring “Pays d’Auge” Calvados, Apple, Pear, and Caramel.
Milia Matcha, a brand launched by our friend Andie Ella, produces an exceptional matcha tea with no bitterness. The Okumidori variety used in its creation is one of the rarest in Japan, accounting for only 1% of the total Japanese matcha tea production.
The Baya Brewery, based in Bayeux, was founded by two friends who simply brew the beers they want to drink. To craft their beers, they carefully select their raw materials, and the malt used is grown in Bayeux as much as possible.
